Richard Green to Lead The Lincoln University in Pennsylvania

Richard-GreenThe board of trustees of The Lincoln University in Pennsylvania has named Richard Green as interim president. He will begin his duties on July 1 and serve until a permanent president is named. The university’s acting president, Valerie Harrison, will resume her duties as general counsel. She began serving as acting president in November 2014.

Dr. Green has been serving as interim provost at Saint Cloud State University in Minnesota. He has served in that role for the past year. He is the former assistant to the president of the University at Buffalo of the State University of New York System and the former president of Jefferson Community College in Kentucky.

Dr. Green is a graduate of Concordia College. He holds a master’s degree in physical chemistry from North Dakota State University and a Ph.D. in inorganic chemistry from the University of Louisville in Kentucky.
