Dozie Ibeh was appointed associate vice president for capital projects at Princeton University in New Jersey. He was associate vice president for the Project Delivery Group at Temple University in Philadelphia. He had been on the staff at Temple since 2013.
Ibeh graduated from Temple University with a bachelor’s degree in architecture. He earned a master’s degree in construction management from Drexel University.
David Christopher Howard is the new director of Alumni and Constituency Relations at Jackson State University in Mississippi. He has served in the role on an interim basis since January. Howard joined the staff at Jackson State in 2005.
Howard is a native of Clarksdale, Mississippi. He is a 2003 graduate of Jackson State University where he earned a bachelor’s degree in computer science.
Jesse F. Kane has been named senior vice president for student success and enrollment management at Medgar Evers College in Brooklyn, New York. He has been serving as vice president for student affairs and enrollment management at Fort Valley State University in Georgia.
Kane earned a bachelor’s degree in biology and a master’s degree in counseling psychology from Bowie State University in Maryland. He is currently completing a doctorate in higher education administration from Morgan State University.

Smith holds a bachelor’s degree and a master’s degree in public policy and organizational leadership from Liberty University.

Smith earned a bachelor’s degree in human development and family studies and a master’s degree in higher education student affairs from Indiana State University.
