The College of Agriculture, Food Science and Sustainable Systems at historically Black Kentucky State University in Frankfort has debuted a new publication entitled AgKnowledge. The new magazine will highlight ongoing agricultural research at the university. The first edition includes a cover story on the use of honey bees in agricultural production. A new edition of the magazine will be published each spring.
The university unveiled the new publication at a reception held for state legislators at the Cooperative Extension headquarters on campus. Legislators were fed with Kentucky specialties such as catfish, freshwater prawns, and paw paw ice cream.
