Florida A&M University, the historically Black educational institution in Tallahassee, has entered into a cooperative agreement with the Chicago School of Professional Psychology. Under the agreement, students who graduate with degrees in psychology from Florida A&M University will have bridge to master’s and doctoral degree program at the Chicago School of Professional Psychology. The school offers more than 20 graduate degrees in psychology and related behavioral sciences at four campus in Chicago, Los Angeles, Washington, D.C., and Irvine, California.
Since the mid-1980s, more than 80 students who have earned bachelor’s or master’s degrees in psychology at Florida A&M University have gone on to earn doctorates in the field at other institutions.
