Guide Names Its Choices of the Best Law Schools for Blacks

lawschoolbookLawyers of Color, a Washington, D.C., media firm, has published the second edition of The Black Student’s Guide To Law Schools. The guide offers a number of features including a ranking of the best law schools for Black students, the best regional law schools for African Americans and the best bargain law schools for Blacks.

The guide lists Harvard Law School as the top law school for Blacks. Stanford University and the University of Chicago rank second and third.

In fourth place is the law school at historically Black Howard University. It is the only law school in the top 25 at a HBCU. However, many of the law schools at HBCUs are ranked among the best of the regional law schools for Blacks.
