The Lincoln University in Pennsylvania has announced a new program that involves current students in the recruitment process for new students. Under the “Continue the Legacy Referral Program,” current students will receive $50 for each new student they recruit to come to the university.
Under the program students can sign a form stating that they are referring a prospective student to the university. If that student subsequently enrolls and pays his or her tuition bill, the referring student will receive $50. There is no limit to the number of prospective students that can be referred by a current student. The new student must a be first-time undergraduate, graduate, or transfer student for the current student to receive the referral award.
That’s it? The $50 probably goes towards your tuition bill.
