Claudia Donald was promoted to director of online communications in university relations at the University of Massachusetts in Amherst. Since 2005, she has served as associate graduate registrar and associate director of graduate admissions.
Donald is a graduate of the University of Massachusetts, where she majored in food and natural resources. She earned a master’s degree in computer information systems from Boston University.
Damon R. Wade was appointed vice president for institutional effectiveness and enrollment management at Grambling State University in Louisiana. He was director of institutional effectiveness, research, and assessment at Elizabeth City State University in North Carolina.
Dr. Wade is a graduate of Elizabeth City State University, where he majored in business administration. He holds a master’s degree in urban affairs from Norfolk State University in Virginia and a master’s in public administration and a Ph.D. from Walden University in Minneapolis, Minnesota.
LLJuna Weir was promoted to director of the Office of Educational Equity and Inclusion at Alcorn State University in Mississippi. She had been serving as interim director of intercollegiate athletics at the university.
Weir holds bachelor’s and master’s degrees from Alcorn State University. She has been on the athletics staff at the university for the past 16 years.

Dr. Roman Isler is a graduate of Wake Forest University. She earned a master’s degree at the University of South Carolina and a Ph.D. from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.

Gibson holds a master’s degree in accounting from the University of Notre Dame.

Dr. Hairston is a graduate of Virginia Union University in Richmond. He earned a master of public administration degree at Temple University in Philadelphia and a doctorate in leadership studies at North Carolina A&T State University in Greensboro.
