  1. I work at Tennessee State University in the Research And Sponsored Programs Department. I am the Administrative Assistant for Dr. Lesia Crumpton-Young. I must say that she is an exceptional leader at TSU. Her role at the University is Vice President. I have noticed her lead with compation daily. I admire the work that she dose and more importantly the way that Dr. Crumpton-Young does her work. She is kind , carrying, wise, strong, elegant, and she is exceptionally wonderful at her career. I would like to see her become noticed for the hard work that she does everyday for the students at TSU. She is such a hard working lady and I do believe that she deserves recognition. Our address at the University is 3500 John A.Meritt Blvd. Nashville Tn. 37209 I greatly appreciate you taking the time to read this , I will be anxiously awaiting your response.
