Todd C. Shaw Is the New President of the National Conference of Black Political Scientists
Todd C. Shaw was recently named the 38th president of the National Conference of Black Political Scientists. The organization is the largest and oldest national professional organization of Black/African American political scientists.
Dr. Shaw has served on the faculty at the University of South Carolina since 2003. Previously, he taught at the University of Illinois. Dr. Shaw is a graduate of Howard University in Washington, D.C. He holds a master’s degree and a Ph.D. in American politics from the University of Michigan.
