Mina Jones Jefferson was named president-elect of the National Association of Law Placement, an organization dedicated to the professional development of law students and lawyers. The organization was founded 44 years ago and has about 2,500 members. She will become president of the association in 2016.
Jefferson is an assistant dean and director of the Center for Professional Development at the University of Cincinnati College of Law. She is a graduate of Miami University in Oxford, Ohio, and earned her law degree at the University of Cincinnati.

Dr. Robinson is a graduate of McNeese State University in Lake Charles, Louisiana. She holds a master’s degree and a Ph.D. from Texas A&M University.
