Dr. Anderson is a graduate of the University of North Carolina at Greensboro. She holds a master’s degree from Harvard University and a Ph.D. from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
Eloise Abernathy Alexis was named vice president for institutional advancement at Tennessee State University in Nashville. She served on the staff at Spelman College in Atlanta for 24 years, most recently as vice president for college relations.

Kevan Turman is the new vice president for development at The Lincoln University in Pennsylvania. Before joining the fundraising staff at Lincoln in 2012, Turman was director of development at Grambling University in Louisiana.
Earlier in his career, Turman held fundraising positions at Wiley College in Marshall, Texas, and the University of Delaware.
Albert Lewis Jr. was named vice president of economic and workforce development at Bellevue College in Washington. He has been serving as dean of corporate, community, and continuing education at Moraine Valley Community College in Palos Hill, Illinois.
