Kimberly Weatherly was named assistant dean and director of the Center for Student Diversity at the College of William & Mary. She was the director of multicultural affairs at Columbia College in Chicago. She is the former director of student activities at Hampton University in Virginia.
Dr. Weatherly is a graduate of Eastern Michigan University, where she majored in public relations and marketing. She holds a master’s degree in counseling from Hampton University and a doctorate in higher education from Benedictine University.
Walter P. Parrish III was named director of multicultural affairs at the University of Chicago’s Pritzker School of Medicine. He was a research associate in the Equity and Inclusion Laboratory at the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
Parrish is a graduate of Millersville University in Pennsylvania, where he majored in psychology. He holds a master’s degree in higher education from Old Dominion University in Norfolk, Virginia, and is completing work on his doctorate in educational leadership and policy analysis at the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
Emil L. Cunningham is the new director for diversity and inclusion in the Office of Finance and Business at Pennsylvania State University. He was the senior executive associate at Rankin & Associates Consulting.
Dr. Cunningham is a graduate of Vassar College in Poughkeepsie, New York, where he majored in psychology. He earned a master’s degree and a doctorate in higher education from Pennsylvania State University.

Counts holds a bachelor’s degree in economics and a master’s degree in student personnel services from the University of South Carolina.

Williams holds a bachelor’s degree in biology and a master’s degree in college teaching and student support services from Northeastern State University in Tahlequah, Oklahoma. He is a doctoral candidate in education and organizational leadership at the University of Oklahoma.

Earlier in her career, Dr. Dickerson taught African American studies at the University of Cincinnati. She holds a Ph.D. in sociology from the University of Michigan.

Dr. Graham is a graduate of the University of Alabama, where he majored in speech communications. He holds a master of divinity degree from the Interdenominational Theological Center in Atlanta, a master’s degree in human relations from the University of Oklahoma and a doctorate in education from Capella University.
