Bradley University seeks an experienced leader in higher education finance to serve as its next vice president for finance and administration (VPFA). This individual will serve as the university’s chief financial officer and a critical member of the president’s senior leadership team as the university works through financial restructuring and establishes a strong foundation for a successful future.
The VPFA has responsibility for the university’s operating budget of approximately $150 million and oversees a team across financial services, accounting, budgeting, facilities, the bookstore, and information technology.
The next vice president for finance and administration should be skilled at strategically aligning resources with priorities, financial analysis and modeling, and assessing current and future trends in higher education. As a leader on campus, this individual must be a collaborative and collegial team-player with the ability to communicate complex financial information and decisions across a wide range of constituents and audiences.
