Job Summary
The Coordinator for Student Success is a full-time, twelve-month position that reports to the Associate Provost for Student Success and Academic Excellence. The Coordinator for Student Success is responsible for providing programs and services which support the retention efforts of the university and enhance the educational experiences of all students, most notably transfer students. The Coordinator for Student Success will help establish an atmosphere open to meeting the reasonable expectations of students and ensure high quality programs and services.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university and a minimum of one to three years of relevant professional experience
- Direct experience with transfer student programs, retention initiatives and assessment best practices in higher education required
Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Student Affairs, Education Administration or related area is preferred
- Diversity, equity and inclusion experience
- Experience using student success software and social media platforms to promote programs and services

The starting salary for this position is $54,435.00 based on the SCUPA Collective Bargaining Agreement.
