Assistant Professor faculty position (tenure track) in the Department of Statistics and Data Science at the University of California, Los Angeles. We seek outstanding applicants contributing to the cutting edge development of fundamentals of data science, including general statistical modeling and methodology, causal discovery and inference, generative data science, interface between statistics and AI, and other areas.

The posted UC salary scales set the minimum pay determined by rank and/or step at appointment.
