Associate Dean, Administration and Finance

The University of Maryland School of Social Work (SSW) has an exciting opportunity for an Associate Dean for Administration and Finance to join their team. Reporting to the Dean, the Associate Dean will provide leadership and strategic planning for the business operations in the School.  Specifically this position will have direct oversight and responsibility for budget/resource management, accounting, business services, research administration, human resource functions, and facilities management. The selected candidate will serve as a strategic partner with other senior School and Campus leaders to support and advance the overall mission of the School.  The Associate Dean for Administration and Finance will be able to adapt to a continually evolving environment, thrive in a deadline-oriented workplace, and harness technology solutions in order to more quickly and efficiently support infrastructure and management needs within the School. This position offers a competitive salary in the $220,000s to $240,000s (commensurate with education andexperience) as well as a comprehensive benefits package that prioritizes wellness, work/life balance, and professional development.
