PROVOST AND VICE CHANCELLOR FOR ACADEMIC AFFAIRS SEARCH

The University of Wisconsin-Platteville (UW-Platteville) invites inquiries, nominations, and applications from individuals interested in assuming a transformational leadership opportunity as Provost and Vice Chancellor for Academic Affairs (Provost). The Provost is expected to be an effective collaborative partner with Chancellor Tammy K. Evetovich – and an integral member of the Chancellor’s Cabinet. In addition, the Provost will work with a professional and motivated team of administrators, faculty members, staff colleagues, and a superb student body to uphold and enrich the academic life at UW-Platteville. The appointee is expected to begin in June/July 2024.

The UW-Platteville is a highly regarded, comprehensive four-year public institution founded in 1866 and serves, at both Platteville and Baraboo campuses, approximately 6,700 students. The University offers both bachelor’s and master’s degrees with 54 undergraduate majors, 10 graduate majors, and 74 minors within its three Colleges: Business, Industry, Life Science and Agriculture (BILSA); Engineering, Mathematics, and Science (EMS); and Liberal Arts and Education (LAE). Eighteen pre-professional programs and 30 certificate programs are also offered.
