The Villanova School of Business invites applications for the John F. Connelly Chair in Management. The position has a start date of Fall 2024.
Established in 1998, the John F. Connelly Endowed Chair in Management supports the strategic direction of the Villanova School of Business, thereby enriching the academic and professional development opportunities available to business students.
The successful candidate will have an established record as a prominent scholar or is on pace to achieve that level. Working within the Department of Management and Operations, the Connelly Chair is expected to raise the national and international profile of the Villanova School of Business and maintain an active leadership presence within Villanova University and the broader scholarly community.
Minimum qualifications: Applicants must be at or above the Associate Professor level and possess a Ph.D. or equivalent degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Analytics, or related field. Preferred qualifications: Applicants should have an outstanding research and service record, demonstrate a continuing commitment to produce high level research in the field, be outstanding teachers, and be collegial in all respects.
