While all substantive areas of expertise will be considered, we are particularly interested in applicants whose research agenda is (a) informed by emerging technologies in criminology and criminal justice that ensure security, privacy, and the protection of civil rights; improve safety and community relations; and/or foster innovation in research and practice, or (b) crosses disciplinary boundaries (e.g., neuroscience, public health, psychology, genetics, education, public policy) to develop integrated knowledge for advancing research and addressing societal challenges.
