The Dean is responsible for all aspects of academic life within the College, including teaching, research, personnel matters, and budgets; serves as the chief academic and administrative officer of CHSSA, overseeing all operational, fiscal, and strategic matters of the College; develops and maintains the highest standards for academic excellence and accomplishment, and serves as the spokesperson of the College to external partners.
