Incumbent serves as the department Mission Resource Manager, monitors and approves leave for civilian faculty and U.S. Navy military faculty, supports curriculum development efforts, assists the Chair in preparation of civilian faculty performance evaluations, supervises department support personnel, acts as an Approving Officer for faculty travel, certifies civilian time and attendance records, and represents the department to numerous other college departments.
