John Jr. at Cedar Crest College in Allentown, Pennsylvania, Precious Porras at Dominican University in River Forest, Illinois, Alexander Patrick at Glendale Community College in California, and Marilyn Clark at the University of Kentucky.
Erika K. Davis was named vice president for enrollment management at Cedar Crest College in Pennsylvania. Darvis Griffin is assistant chief information officer at Texas A&M University and Ronica Smucker has been named associate vice president of development at Rice University in Houston.
Cedar Crest college, a liberal arts educational for women in Allentown, Pennsylvania, has announced the establishment of the Center for Diversity and Global Engagement on campus. African Americans make up 9 percent of the undergraduate students at the college.
Since 2008, Dr. Ambar has been serving as president of Cedar Crest College in Allentown, Pennsylvania. She is widely regarded as having done a remarkable job leading the woman's college. Earlier in her career, she was the youngest dean in the history of Rutgers University.
