Since 2019, Dr. Clayton has been president of Atlanta Metropolitan State College. Previously, he was vice president of student affairs at Georgia Southern University. Earlier, he was vice chancellor for student affairs at Indiana University Northwest and vice president for student affairs at Armstrong State University which was merged into Georgia Southern University.
T. Ramon Stuart to Lead the West Virginia University Institute of Technology
Dr. Stuart most recently served as the president of Clayton State University in Morrow, Georgia. In 2016, he was named provost and vice president for academic affairs at Fort Valley State University in Georgia. Before joining the staff at Fort Valley State University, Dr. Stuart served on the faculty at West Virginia State Community and Technical College.

Judge Frye and his wife, Shirley, are graduates of North Carolina A&T State University and established the endowed faculty position.
