Dr. Blanchard has served as president of the University of Houston-Downtown for the past five years. He is slated to assume the presidency of California State University, Long Beach on May 1.
A McNeese State University administrator since 2005, Dr. Nicholas was recently selected to serve as the university's interim president. Prior to his new role, he was senior vice president for student affairs.
Dr. Darbeau was vice president for faculty affairs and academic operations at Commonwealth University of Pennsylvania, the integrated institution of Bloomsburg, Lock Haven, and Mansfield universities that was established in July 2022. Earlier, he served as interim dean of the College of Health Sciences at the University of Arkansas—Fort Smith.
Dr. Blanchard has been serving as executive vice chancellor for academic and student affairs for the California State University System. Earlier, he was provost and senior vice president of academic affairs at Xavier University in New Orleans.
Professor Feist-Price currently serves as the vice president for institutional diversity and professor in the Department of Early Childhood, Special Education and Counselor Education in the College of Education at the University of Kentucky. She will begin her new job on August 1.
Currently, Smith teaches English at Southern University and A&M College in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. Smith is a graduate of McNeese State University in Louisiana, where he majored in psychology and accounting. He holds two master's degrees.
Paddio served as vice president for student affairs at Talladega College in Alabama from 2008 to 2015. During her tenure, enrollment at the college quadrupled.
