Dr. Randolph has extensive experience leading academic affairs at historically Black colleges. Prior to her new role, she was the chief academic officer at both Morris Brown College in Atlanta and Clinton College in South Carolina.
“My commitment is to lead with integrity, champion academic excellence, foster a spirit of collaboration, and drive innovation to meet the ever-changing needs of our students, faculty, and the broader community,” said Dr. Leiba. “Together, I am confident we will continue to build on the legacy of excellence that defines Miami Dade College.”
Dr. Leiba has been selected to serve as interim president of the medical campus at his alma mater, Miami Dade College. He has been a faculty member with the college since 2010, most recently serving as dean of the School of Health Sciences.
Dr. Shanderson has been serving as associate dean in the School of Health Sciences at Stockton University in Galloway Township, New Jersey. She holds a master of public administration degree from Pace University and a Ph.D. in health sciences from Walden University.
