Elizabeth City State University Partners With Two North Carolina Community Colleges
The new agreements will allow students to be admitted to Elizabeth City State University and either community college simultaneously, and move their studies to the university after completion of their associate's degree.

Since 2005, Dr. Rouse has served as president of James Sprunt Community College in Kenansville, North Carolina. Earlier, he was dean of students at Johnston Community College in Smithfield, North Carolina.

Appointed to new positions are Patricia Pratt-Cook at St. Catherine University in Minnesota, Jasmin Spain at Pitt Community College in North Carolina, Amber Williams at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, Martin Jarmond at Boston College, and Keyonda M. Smith at the Maryland University of Integrated Health.
