Adrien Bennings has been serving as president at Kellogg Community College, one of 28 community colleges in the state of Michigan. Earlier, she was the vice president of administration and finance and chief financial officer at Clovis Community College in New Mexico.
Karin Edwards Will Be the Next President of Clark College in Vancouver, Washington
Since July 2014, Dr. Edwards has served as president of Portland Community College’s Cascade Campus. Dr. Edwards has served in administrative roles at community colleges for the past 38 years. She will become president of Clark College this coming summer.
Jean D’Arc Campbell Named to Dean Position at Bellevue College in Washington State
Campbell was named dean of international education and global initiatives at Bellevue. For the past nine years, he has been the director of international education initiatives for the district campuses of Portland Community College.
Algie Gatewood Named President of Alamance Community College
Dr. Gatewood has been serving as the president of the Cascade Campus of Portland Community College in Oregon. He will assume his new role at Alamance Community College on October 1. Dr. Gatewood is a graduate of Livingstone College, an HBCU in Salisbury, North Carolina.
