Dr. Reaves has been serving as executive vice president and chief programs officer at Wake Technical Community College in Raleigh, North Carolina. On July 15, she is slated to become the first woman president of Schenectady County Community College within the State University of New York System.

Throughout his career in education, Harris served in a wide variety of settings including K-12 schools, community colleges, and universities. He also spent several years as an administrator with the New York Department of Education.

Quintin B. Bullock is the new president of the Community College of Allegheny County in Pittsburgh. Previously, he was the president of Schenectady County Community College in New York.

He will compete with three other finalists for the position at the 15,000 student community college.
