Under the agreement, Texas College graduates will be offered a scholarship toward tuition by Claremont Lincoln University. This scholarship can be applied towards all CLU master's degree programs.

In Memoriam: Maurice Stallworth Cherry

Dr. Cherry served as chaplain at Paine College in Augusta, Georgia, from 1959 to 1975. While there, he and his wife, the late Dr. Joyce Cherry, served as professors. Additionally, he served as president of Texas College and was a professor at what is now Albany State University.

Paddio served as vice president for student affairs at Talladega College in Alabama from 2008 to 2015. During her tenure, enrollment at the college quadrupled.
