Deleise Wilson is the inaugural AdventHealth Dean of Nursing at Polk State College in Winter Haven, Florida. Laurie Garrett-Cobbina is the new dean of the San Francisco Theological Seminary of the University of Redlands in California and Melinda Pettigrew will become dean of the University of Minnesota School of Public Health in December.

Dr. Brown has been serving as dean of the College of Arts and Sciences at the University of Redlands in Redlands, California. Prior to his five-year tenure at Redlands, Dr. Brown served as a senior administrator at Macalester College in St. Paul, Minnesota.

The honorees are Gilda Barabino dean of engineering at City College of New York, Lovoria Williams, an associate professor of nursing at the University of Kentucky, WIlliam M. Jackson Jr., professor emeritus of chemistry at the University of California, Davis, and Nicole R. Howard of the University of Redlands.

Under the agreement, students and faculty at Tuskegee University and the University of Redlands in California will have the opportunity to spend up to one year on the campus of the partnering institution.
