Jeffery Burgin was named dean of students and associate provost at Belmont University in Nashville, Tennessee. He has been serving as vice president for student affairs at Alabama A&M University. Dr. Burgin will begin his new duties on December 1.
Dr. Burgin is a graduate of the University of Cincinnati. He earned a master’s degree at Ohio University and a doctorate in higher education administration from the University of Alabama.
