I am delighted to see that the College of New Rochelle (New York) has appointed two highly qualified African American women to leadership roles. I certainly hope that their brother college and my alma mater, Iona College (New Rochelle, New York) can follow the lead and assign African American in leadership/cabinet positions to their rooster. I hope Iona can take the challenge.
