University of Iowa’s Charles Green Is Stepping Down

charlesgreenCharles Green, director of public safety at the University of Iowa, has announced that he will retire on January 9, 2015. Green has been on the staff at the university for 29 years and has served in his current post for two decades.

In a statement announcing his retirement, Green said, “It has been my distinct honor and privilege to serve the University of Iowa community and work with so many dedicated and honorable people. Over the last two decades, the men and women of this department have built a program that we can all be extremely proud of.”
