Florida A&M University Professor Produces Documentary Film on Student Loan Debt

Darryl Scriven HeadshotDarryl Scriven, professor of philosophy at Florida A&M University in Tallahassee, has produced a new documentary film that aims to provide information so college students can limit student loan borrowing. In addition, the documentary offers advice on how students can eliminate the student loan debt that they do acquire.

The documentary, Overcoming Student Loan Debt, has been screened at several historically Black colleges and universities and at educational conferences. Below is a trailer in which Dr. Scriven discusses the documentary.
