Terrence Hardee was named dean of students at Union County College in Cranford, New Jersey. The college is a two-year, state-operated educational institution that enrolls about 12,000 students. African Americans make up 27 percent of the student body.
Dr. Hardee previously served as vice president for student success at Rowan University in Glassboro, New Jersey, and dean of the University Center at Cumberland County College in Vineland, New Jersey.
Dr. Hardee is a graduate of Concord University in Athens, West Virginia. He holds a master’s degree in political science from Marshall University in Huntington, West Virginia, and a doctorate in humanities from Drew University in Madison, New Jersey.
