Temple University’s Kymberlee Norsworthy Inducted Into the Gospel Music Hall of Fame

Kymberlee Norsworthy, assistant professor of instruction in the Lew Klein College of Media and Communication at Temple University in Philadelphia, has been selected as a 2025 inductee into the Gospel Music Hall of Fame.

Professor Norsworthy is being recognized for her work elevating faith-based recording artists to mainstream media coverage in outlets such as American Idol, BBC, The New York Times, USA Today, Good Morning America, The Today Show, The Tonight Show, and more. Throughout her career, she has spearheaded several public relations campaigns that have led to numerous Grammy, Soul Train Music, BET, Stellar, and Dove awards for gospel music artists.

In addition to her appointment at Temple University, Professor Norsworthy is the founder of Worth Ink Public Relations & Media Strategies, a publicity consulting agency for music, entertainment, and nonprofit clients. Earlier in her career, she taught as an adjunct professor with Saint Peter’s University in New Jersey for nearly a decade.

Professor Norsworthy received her master’s degree in journalism from Temple University.
