
Through their new collaboration, scholars from both institutions will work together on research, education, and training initiatives in science, technology, health, engineering, environmental science, cybersecurity, artificial intelligence, biomedical research, and other interdisciplinary research areas. The two universities plan to facilitate academic staff training, faculty and student exchanges, online courses, and internships. Additionally, Voorhees and JKUAT plan to share their research infrastructure and organize joint conferences, seminars, and workshops.
“This agreement represents a significant step forward in strengthening international research collaboration and expanding access to high-impact research and training opportunities,” said Zhabiz Golkar, CERPI’s founder and executive director. “Together with JKUAT, we are building a platform that supports research excellence, capacity building, and meaningful global engagement.”
