Jennifer Clark is the new executive director of the Jackson State University Development Foundation. Clark comes to her new role with more than 16 years of experience in finance, accounting, financial reporting, regulatory compliance, banking, and portfolio management. Earlier in her career, she served as vice president of investor relations at Hope Enterprise Corporation and director of finance with the State of Mississippi.
Clark is a two-time alumna of Jackson State University, where she earned a bachelor’s degree in accounting and an MBA.
Loria Oliver has been named senior director of philanthropic initiatives at the University of Arkansas. Oliver first joined the university in October 2024 as director of development for student affairs. Previously, she was chief development officer for Crystal Bridges Museum of American Art in Bentonville, Arkansas.
Oliver received her bachelor’s degree in mass communication and public relations from Clark Atlanta University.
Rashanda L. Lowery is vice president of student affairs at Livingstone College in Salisbury, North Carolina. With more than 20 years of experience in higher education, Lowery most recently served as executive director of student activities and campus involvement at North Carolina A&T State University. Earlier in her tenure at the HBCU, she spent more than a decade in the university’s Office of General Counsel.
Lowery earned both her bachelor’s degree in political science and her juris doctorate from North Carolina Central University.
Kenny Thompson Jr. is the inaugural head of strategic communications and external affairs for the College Sports Commission, an independent body established in 2025 to oversee and enforce compliance with rules governing student-athlete compensation. Thompson has extensive experience in communications, including recent service as senior vice president and chief public affairs officer at Vail Resorts. He previously served vice president of external affairs at PepsiCo.
Thompson is an alumnus of Texas Christian University. He earned his MBA from Georgetown University in Washington, D.C.
Memory Littles, director of the Office of Student Activities at Georgia Southern University in Statesboro, has been named the 2026 Chair of the University System of Georgia’s Chief Advisory Team of Student Life. In her new role, Littles will partner with other student life officers from across the university system to represent programs that foster student learning and personal development.
Littles is a two-time graduate of Georgia Southern University.
