Kimberly A. Saunders was appointed executive director of TRIO Pre-College and Student Success Programs at the University of Delaware. She was serving as director of the Ronald E. McNair Scholars Program and the University Undergraduate Scholars Program at the university. Before joining the university’s staff in 2011, Dr. Saunders was director of student diversity at the School of Public Health of Johns Hopkins University in Baltimore.
Dr. Saunders is a graduate of the University of Delaware. She holds a master’s degree in counseling and college student personnel from Shippensburg University in Pennsylvania and a doctorate in higher education administration from George Mason University in Fairfax, Virginia.
Paul Norman was named dean of men and director of the First Year Experience Program at Saint Augustine’s College in Raleigh, North Carolina. He was senior counselor at Wake Technical Community College in Raleigh.
Dr. Norman is a graduate of Elizabeth City State University in North Carolina. He holds a master’s degree from North Carolina Central University in Durham and an educational doctorate in adult and community college education from North Carolina State University.
George Cotton Sr. was appointed vice president for university advancement and executive director of the Florida A&M University Foundation. He has been serving as assistant vice president for major and planned gifts at the Wake Forest University Baptist Medical Center in Winston-Salem, North Carolina.
Cotton holds master’s degree in political science and government from Arkansas State University.

Parham holds bachelor’s and master’s degrees from Pennsylvania State University.

Dr. White is a graduate of the University of California, Berkeley, where she double majored in psychology and English. She earned an educational doctorate at Stanford University.

Johnson is a graduate of the University of South Carolina-Aiken. He earned a master’s degree in sports administration and management from the United States Sports Academy in Daphne, Alabama.
