Delaware State University, the historically Black educational institution in Dover, has entered into a partnership agreement with Beihua University in Jilin, China. Under the agreement, both undergraduate and graduate students at each institution will have study abroad opportunities at the partner university.
In addition to study abroad opportunities, the agreement calls for faculty exchanges and research collaborations among faculty members.
