Darryll K. Jones to Lead the College of Law at Florida A&M University

Darryll JonesDarryll K. Jones was appointed interim dean of the College of Law at Florida A&M University. The university’s law school is located in Orlando. Jones has been serving as associate dean for academic affairs. He joined the law school in 2009 as associate dean for research and faculty development.

Before joining the staff at Florida A&M University, Jones was a professor of law at Stetson University in Gulfport, Florida. Earlier he taught at the University of Pittsburgh School of Law. There he served for three years as associate dean for academic affairs.

Jones is the author of The Theory and Practice of Partnership Taxation (Thomson West, 2007). He earned a master’s degree in taxation law and a juris doctorate at the University of Florida’s Levin College of Law.
