  1. Excellent reading “Where were the women in the March on Washington”. It was a privilege and honor to have known Anna Arnold Hedgeman. As is known, Mrs. Hedgeman served in many advisory positions to both civil rights and private sector movements. I personally saw her bring “color” to the Board of Directors of a major corporation on which she sat. She remained involved until her retirement and resident at an Assisted Living facility. Thank you for reminding a younger generation of the attributes of this Great Lady and others of her time.
