Stephanie Pasley Henry to Lead the College of Education at Bethune-Cookman University

Stephanie Pasley Henry was named acting dean of the College of Education at Bethune-Cookman University in Daytona Beach, Florida. She has been serving as an educational consultant and formerly served on the faculty at Barry University in Miami.

From 1997-2003, Dr. Henry worked for the Broward County Public Schools in Florida. She was involved with teaching, program development, training, and mathematical and phonics instruction. In 2004, Dr. Henry created a unique educational system which enables teachers to infuse music and movement with mathematics and reading instruction. It is called The Math Party Programs.

Dr. Henry is a summa cum laude graduate of Bethune-Cookman University, where she majored in elementary education. She earned a master’s degree in exceptional student education and a doctorate in curriculum development and systemic change from Nova Southeastern University.
