Couple and Family Therapy, Assistant/Associate Professor Opportunity in beautiful Las Vegas Nevada!
The COAMFTE-accredited Couple and Family Therapy (CFT) Program at the University of Nevada, Kirk Kerkorian School of Medicine, at UNLV, is searching for a full time Couple and Family Therapy, Assistant/Associate Professor.
UNLV’s Couple and Family Therapy Graduate Program is currently comprised of three full-time faculty and approximately 60-90 students. The position is a 12-month contract.
The position will teach both undergraduate and graduate courses, including practicum and/or internship. The position may also be required to teach during the summer.
Specific Responsibilities:
- Teach CFT courses (graduate and undergraduate)
- Serve as clinical supervisor to CFT graduate students
- Contribute to the UNLV CFT program by participating in weekly faculty meetings, student admissions decisions, curriculum reviews, clinical evaluations of students, and special committees as needed
- Serve as a student-centered academic and professional development advisor and mentor to students
