Reporting directly to the Provost and Vice Chancellor for Academic Affairs, and working closely with the Chancellor and other senior leaders, the VPEM is responsible for organizing and creating a vision for the Division of Enrollment Management.

The new vice president will provide leadership to undergraduate and graduate admissions, as well as financial aid, and will be tasked with developing and executing an enrollment strategy that leverages Bryn Mawr’s unique position in the marketplace, increases its visibility, and aligns with broader institutional goals.

This senior executive is responsible for leading and integrating a student-centered, data-informed approach to enrollment management and student success.

The Vice President for Enrollment Management will lead the University's comprehensive enrollment efforts and join an innovative and forward-thinking senior leadership team in championing the evolution of a vibrant university.
