Prior to joining the staff of Connecticut College, he worked at Lafayette College in Easton, Pennsylvania, as dean of intercultural development. Earlier, he served as director of multicultural affairs and a coordinator of residence life at Lehigh University in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania.
