Two Universities Hit With Civil Rights Complaints Regarding Scholarships for Underserved Students

The Legal Insurrection Foundation, a conservative nonprofit organization, has filed two civil rights complaints against the University of Central Arkansas and the University of California, Los Angeles, respectively.
