With decades of experience in hospital administration, Dr. Watson most recently served as interim CEO of the University of Florida Health St. Johns. His new appointment marks a return to Howard University Hospital, where he served in various administrative roles for 10 years.

Before being named interim chancellor of the Anderson campus this past summer, Dr. Anderson was vice chancellor for academic affairs at the Muncie campus of Ivy Tech. She has been with Ivy Tech for more than 12 years.
The USBC Step Up Entrepreneurs Program will consist of a three-week online course of study that will educate students in cash flow, market analysis, and financial performance. They will then create a business plan that can be submitted to a financial institution for funding of their enterprise.
Under the agreement students at Thurgood Marshall College Fund members institutions will be able to supplement their on-campus course loads with course programs using the University of Phoenix online platform.
