Tennessee State University Building a New Agricultural Education Research Facility

TennesseestateuniversitysealTennessee State University in Nashville has broken ground on a new building for educational research. The 4,800-square-foot facility will include a support building for field research, a building for agricultural education activities, and storage buildings for equipment and pesticides.

The $4 million complex is expected to be completed by September. The project was made possible by a grant from the National Institute of Food and Agriculture at the U.S. Department of Agriculture.
