Kenneth Long Selected to Lead East Stroudsburg University in Pennsylvania

The Board of Governors for Pennsylvania’s State System of Higher Education today selected Kenneth Long to serve as interim president of East Stroudsburg University of Pennsylvania, starting July 31, 2020.

East Stroudsburg University enrolls 5,700 undergraduate students and more than 700 graduate students, according to the latest data supplied to the U.S. Department of Education. African Americans make up 20 percent of the undergraduate student body.

Long currently serves as vice president of administration and finance for East Stroudsburg University, a position he has held for nearly seven years. Previously, Long served for five years as assistant vice president of administration and finance at Kutztown University in Pennsylvania. Prior to joining the Pennsylvania State System of Higher Education. Long worked for the University of Toledo.

Long holds a bachelor’s degree in mathematics and political science from Drew University in Madison, New Jersey. He earned an MBA  from Monmouth University in West Long Branch, New Jersey.
